When you hand someone your family’s documents and ask them to navigate a foreign bureaucracy on your behalf, you need to know who’s on the other side.
My name is Aneta Jarecka. I’m the founder of Attain Europe and the person who will personally handle your case – from the first eligibility check through every official letter, every document review, and every response to the authorities, all the way to the final decision.
I’m based in Poland, which means I work in the same time zone, the same language, and within the same system as the offices that process your application. That’s not a small detail. It’s the reason your case moves forward instead of getting stuck.
10 years in the middle of the process
Before launching Attain Europe, I spent nearly a decade as a B2B operational partner for an international company specializing in Polish citizenship by descent. I served as the official representative (power of attorney) for clients before Polish authorities and was the last pair of eyes on every application before it went to the Voivodeship Office.
I prepared complete documentation sets, verified data consistency across files, and after submission handled all correspondence with the authorities – explanations, responses to official requests, appeals. When a case was complex or ambiguous, I was the expert the team consulted.
Over those years, I worked on more than 1,000 applications. Not as a supervisor, but as the person who made sure every file was solid before it reached the authorities. That hands-on experience, combined with a project management background, is what shapes how I run every case at Attain Europe.
What you can expect from me
Direct, personal communication
You’ll always know who’s handling your case – because it’s me. I don’t delegate to junior staff or process cases in batches. When you send an email, I’m the one who reads it and responds.
Honest assessment, not a sales pitch
If I see a problem in your case, I’ll tell you before you pay, not after. During the eligibility check, I flag risks clearly and explain what they mean. I’d rather lose a potential client than take on a case I can’t deliver on.
Structured, documented process
Every case is managed as a project with defined stages, timelines, and accountability. You’ll always know what stage your case is at, what’s been done, and what comes next. I don’t rely on memory – I rely on systems.
Patience with the pace
This process takes time. The Voivodeship Office works at its own speed, and there are stretches where the only update is “nothing has changed yet.” I won’t manufacture false urgency, and I won’t go quiet during those periods either. Predictable, steady communication – that’s the commitment.
